Eagles Lose to Arlington to Finish Season
With one game to play, the Emmaus men wanted to go out on a winning note but despite their hard efforts, the Eagles couldn't get by Arlington in their final game of the season.
The first half was a tightly contested game with the halftime score being 41-37. Steven Horan led the Eagles with 13 points and 6 rebounds while Nathaniel Glidewell added 7 first half rebounds as well.
In the second half, Emmaus couldn't match the high shooting percentage of the Patriots as Arlington would go on to win the game by a score of 94-70. Three Eagles reached double figures in scoring with two of them achieving a double/double. Steven Horan scored 22 points and grabbed 10 rebounds while Nathaniel Glidewell had 14 points and 12 rebounds. Elijah Reeves scored 11 points for the Eagles.
