Proby Joins The Eagles

We are excited to announce the signing of Timon Proby to the Men's basketball team!

Proby played basketball at De Kalb High School in De Kalb, TX, where he averaged 14 Points, 11 Rebounds, 4 Steals and 3 Blocks per game this last season as well as earning Defensive POTY in the District. His team finished the season with a playoff appearance and a record of 22-9.

Timon commented: "I chose Emmaus because I feel like I will have a great relationship with the team and I'm excited to play with them and to play for God himself!".

When asked about the addition of Proby, Coach Graw added: "Explosive. This is the best word to describe Timon's athletic ability and I am still not quite sure that explains it well enough. Emmaus Bible College has never seen this type of athleticism in the history of the school. Timon can run the court with the best of the best and you can expect to see something happen above the rim this year that Pollard Fieldhouse has never experienced before. More than that," He added, "Timon is one of the kindest young men I've yet to meet. He loves the Lord and is excited to grow in his spiritual walk here at Emmaus."

Timon plans to study Youth Ministry at Emmaus.
