6'1" Jasmine White Signs with Lady Eagles

Coach Graw and the Lady Eagles basketball program are excited to announce that 6'1" post, Jasmine "Jazzy" White, has signed a letter of intent to continue her basketball career at Emmaus Bible College. While we at Emmaus are ecstatic that Jazzy will be transferring in next season from Grace University, we are deeply saddened by the closing of Grace, and our prayers go out to the students, faculty/staff, and faithful alumni. 

 

Coach Graw commented on White, "Jazzy brings us toughness on the offensive and defensive end. Any time you have a 6'1" basket protector, you can play a little more aggressive on the defensive end with your guards, which means taking more chances, jumping passing lanes, and trapping. Jazzy has developed offensively quite a bit over the last year under Coach Rogers at Grace, and I am excited to continue that development as we put in the work to make Jazzy the dominant inside presence we know she can be."
