Eagles Sign Leslie

Lucas Leslie of Bullhead City, Arizona has signed a letter of intent to continue his basketball career with the Emmaus Eagles Basketball program. Leslie comes off of a historic career at Mohave Accelerated Learning Center, where he became the all time leader in scoring and assists, and holds 3 regular season/single game records for the program.

Leslie's accomplishments also include 2x All-Conference, 3x All-Region, 1 state Championship, and scoring over 1,000 points to cap off his career. Lucas becomes the third member of the 2023-24 Men's Basketball signing class, and will join his brother Jacob, a four year member of the program.

"I chose Emmaus because I really liked the environment when I came to visit," Lucas shared. "I really liked the players and coaches and look forward to being able to be around my brother. I am looking forward the most to getting to play as an Eagle and bring as much success to the school as I can and putting the work into getting there."

Coach Parker spoke on Leslie: "Lucas is an exciting addition, he's a talented scorer who brings a unique skillset to our team. He will be joining his brother, Jacob, for Jacob's senior season and we're looking forward to seeing them together, and the impact Lucas will have in our program."
