Bible Theology and Intercultural Studies
When did you start playing soccer?
I started playing organized soccer in the first grade.
What is your favorite sports team and/or player?
My favorite sports team is the Kansas City Chiefs.
What is the highlight of your sports career?
A recent one would be winning soccer intermurals last year.
What type of growth have you seen in yourself through your years of playing?
I have a better appreciation for seeking to encourage fellow teammates then I did a couple of years ago.
Name the individual who has impacted you the most in your playing career, and how they have influenced you:
Ethan Penner and Luke Friesen are two individuals from High School who stick out to me, since they both always gave their absolute best and were willing to take the time to interact with me on a personal and spiritual level.
What is your favorite Passage of Scripture and why?
One of my favorite Scripture passages is Jesus' Sermon on the Mount (Matt.5-7) as it reflects how Jesus is interested in a change of heart rather than requiring us to follow a list of rules like many religions in the world demand.
