Women's Volleyball Reveals 2023 Schedule
Dubuque, Ia -- The Emmaus women's volleyball program has announced it's fall schedule for the 2023 season. Now entering Coach Hannah Richter's second year at the helm, the Lady Eagles come into the new season excited and ready to reload. Led by a returning core group of sophomores and juniors, the Lady Eagles bring in a wealth of talent and excitement with a large group of newcomers. Competing in the Midwest Christian College Conference (MCCC) and the National Christian College Athletics Association (NCCAA), we are ready to face formidable opponents and showcase our growth on the court.
Emmaus begins the season with a road trip to the defending MCCC champs, Manhattan Christian (Sept 1). This early road test will provide valuable insights and experience for the young Lady Eagles as Manhattan not only took the MCCC title, but finished top 4 in the NCCAA Tournament in 2022. Emmaus begins home competitions on September 9th against Spurgeon and Moody. All home games will take place on the campus of Emmaus Bible College, in the Pollard Fieldhouse.
Home Games: Newcomers Thrive in Familiar Territory Throughout the season, we are blessed with the opportunity to host 9 thrilling home games. Our home court advantage will serve as a foundation for our newcomers to acclimate and demonstrate their skills. The support of our passionate fans will be crucial as we strive to create an electrifying atmosphere that propels our team to victory. Together, let's build an unwavering wall of support that inspires and motivates our players to reach new heights.
